What is the Prayer Shawl Ministry?Our Ministry
Fellowship and the love of crochetting (knitting) has been combined into a prayerful ministry. Our group creates prayer shawls and lap blankets for those in need of comfort after a loss of a loved one, times of stress, illness, recovery or any of life's challenges. As each shawl is created, we ask God to bless the one that will receive it. Projects are made in each member's home and collected when completed. We also stich white baby blankets for the Expectant Parent Mass in October and May.
