Dear
Parents and Students,
St. Clare Dance Program has been
serving our community for 32 years. The
focus of the program is not competition, but education and love of dance. We offer age appropriate music and
costumes. We accept students with
disabilities. That said, past students
have gone on to School of Performing Arts, scholarship programs in dance at
Rutgers University, and professional careers in dance. We want to inspire our students to enjoy the
art of dance in a non-competitive atmosphere.
In
the era of COVID-19, we want our students and parents to feel secure that our
program has your safety first.
1.
Class size will be 8 students or less
2.
Students
and teachers will wear masks.
3.
Upon
entering the classroom, all students & teachers will use hand sanitizer.
4.
To
prevent close contact in the lobby, we ask that parents drop-off and pick-up
students. We will not be allowed to have
parents sitting in the lobby area.
5.
If
you still are not comfortable with live classes, we are offering Zoom. Each class will be taught with a computer in
the room so your child will not miss any instruction. When you feel comfortable bringing your child
back to the studio, they will feel comfortable knowing that they were able to
learn with their group.
6.
Unfortunately,
Acro will not be available via Zoom as teachers will have to spot
students.
7.
Finally,
the Pre-K class on Monday will be taught as a Mommy/Daddy & Me to help with
social distancing. If you would like to
start as a Zoom class, we are happy to accommodate.
Since
class size is limited, students will be accepted on a first-come basis. We will have a wait list. To secure your place today, print & fill
out the online registration form. If you want ZOOM INSTRUCTION–
please indicate this on your form.
Please
drop it off at the Rectory with a check for 1st month’s tuition +
$30 registration fee in an envelope marked:
